Q.Is it free to buy or book on the platform?
Yes — there are no fees for buyers. You only pay the price listed by the seller. A small commission is collected from sellers on each transaction.
Q.How do I know a coach is legitimate?
Every coach has passed our KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. We check government-issued ID, business registration (if applicable), and credentials. Look for the Verified badge on any profile.
Q.What if I'm not happy with a purchase?
Digital products are clearly described before purchase. For sessions, reach out to your coach first — most issues are resolved directly. Our support team is available at hello@sportfitnesscoaching.com.
Q.How much does it cost to sell on the platform?
Sellers pay a commission on each transaction: 5.9% on the Standard plan, or 6.9% on the Custom Domain plan. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or listing fees.
Q.Can I coach clients internationally?
Absolutely. Many coaches on the platform offer fully online services — remote programming, video calls, and digital products that work anywhere in the world.
Q.What payment methods are supported?
Buyers can pay via Stripe (card) or PayPal. Sellers can connect Stripe Connect, PayPal, and up to 6 additional payment processors including Checkout.com, Airwallex, and more.
